Lumiere 2026 is the annual filmmaking fest conducted at Punjab Engineering College PEC by the PDC. It is intended to act as a platform for the filmmaker and other interested people who love to discuss films and watch stories unfolding on screen. This years edition of Lumiere is going to be held as a national level fest that would revolve around the theme Stories That Matter Cinema for Social Change. It will incorporate film screenings, competitions, interactive sessions, and industry insights from varied genres. Through Lumiere, meaningful dialogues are encouraged in the form of cinema, and it allows the participants to express themselves creatively as well as get insight into the field of movies.
